Ceiling was damaged by water and looks like some plasterboard needs replacing. If economical, may want the whole ceiling re-plastered as it is covered with textured Artex (or similar), but the hole will definitely need repairing.
Not very professional. He plastered half my ceiling and then didn't turn up to plaster the other half.
Also, not a very good job - the replacement plasterer was laughing at his handiwork.
