1.Re. the fitting of the shower pump & tiling:
very satisfied & happy with the work done 9/10
2.Re. other matters : very dissatisfied: 1/10
*Bath panel removed with a view to being replaced - not done - does not respond to phone calls/text messages
*Toilet/cistern joints/pipes unscrewed for easier access to below bath area, then replaced - joints now continuously leaking - returned to attempt to rectify problem with sealant - not successful - still leaking - ignores phone calls
