Rub down and paint external Y shape waste/soil pipe

Rub down (existing paint is flaking off) and paint (with black Hammerite or similar) external Y shaped cast iron waste/soil pipe (approx 110mm diameter). The pipe extends from ground level to lower roof level with a branch off to the toliet on the first floor.
