Ivan originally only offered me advice for the job (talking to a supplier re my shower to confirm even the worse case scenario meant that a whole shower replacement wasn't necessary) which was re-assuring when talking to other plumbers. Despite being a long distance from my house, he also offered to carry out the work when he was in the local area.Ultimately i did not take him up on his offer as a more local firm carried the work out, but his advice was invaluable when obtaining other quotes.
