Water damage to chipboard floor.

Bathroom
1. Remove bath, W.C. and cracked pedestal basin. Set aside bath and W.C.
2. Remove tiling to bath and pedestal basin areas. Strip paper to walls adjacent to these.
Flooring
1. Remove chipboard flooring to bathroom, hall and kitchen as shown on sketch
2. Replace this flooring with treated chipboard.
Bathroom
1. Reinstate existing bath and W.C.
2. Provide and install new pedestal basin and accessories to customer’s choice (allow P.C. sum £150).
3. Retile areas previously tiled. (allow P.C. sum £30).
4. Wallpaper stripped areas. Repaper with paintable paper (allow P.C sum £35)
5. Paint in undercoat and 2 gloss coats to customer’s colour.
6. Clear and cart away all debris as appropriate.
