Rerun condensate pipe to undersink waste

I need someone to replace the appalling under sink pipework in my Redrow fitted kitchen. It doesn't leak but the condensate pipe is as a consequence of their ineptitude, travelling uphill! I would like the condensate pipe from the boiler - which has more twists and turns than a ride at Alton Towers - replaced so it runs more or less straight into the kitchen waste.
