I will try and cover the jobs as accurately as possible, they are all quite small.

1) Loft hatch just needs 2 screws put in as its currently a bit loose.
2) Under sink bin fitted to the cupboard door
3) Large over mantle mirror put up over fireplace – need a power drill for the brick.
4) A wardrobe rail needs to be cut and fitted
5) An intercom unit needs to be fitted (just inside the flat)
6) Take down an outdoor post box and put up 2 new ones
7) Fit a bathroom light shade
8) Put up a set of blinds
9) Fit the door to an integrated washing machine– the washing machine is already in place but the door needs new holes drilled and then just needs to be screwed to the washing machine etc.
10) The washing machine just needs to be stabilized as it is currently not entirely level therefore moves too much and is too loud on a spin.
11) Quote for getting an internet/phone extension.
