Description
Re tile a Downstairs toilet 1m x 2m that is fully tiled from floor to ceiling and including the window sill and around the Radiator, window, toilet and Sink.
1 Remove tiles from Downstairs toilet.
2 Supply and fit new plywood Panel to replace water damaged one 2mx1m
2 Make good the surface for retiling by plastering as required and supply plaster
3 Supply and re tile using patterned floral brown tiles same as currently fitted standard size
4 supply and Grout tiles
5 Make good paint to skirting Board 2 coats gloss paint.
