Current electric shower not working as mains water pressure too low. Would like a quote (including VAT) for:

Remove current electric shower and cap off its electric connection and remove its current cold water feed which is running exposed above the bath rim.

Replace the old electric shower with a mixer shower. Install an electric pump for the new mixer shower possibly in the cold water tank cupboard in the bathroom. Run new hot and cold feed from pump to mixer shower, pipes to run under the bath out of sight. They will need to come out of the bath and up to the mixer shower under the tiled wall so some tiles will need to be removed and replaced with tiles that blend in with current tiles.

There may be some tiling to do over the area where the current electric shower sits as the mixer shower may not be the exact shape as the electric shower.

Remove the old cold shower feed pipe from the property but leave the old electric shower as I can re-use that at another property as we are landlords.

Please quote for providing all materials, separating the cost of the electric pump and mixer shower so I assess separately these 2 equipments as they can vary a lot in price depending on quality.

Parking is pay and display Monday – Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm at £2 per hour (maximum stay at each meter is 4 hours). Free parking at all other times.

Please leave your email address in your reply so I can email you photos and correspond with you. Happy to arrange access if you would like to come to the property first before quoting.
