Rewiring in older property

Old fuse box needs replacing and potentially lots of rewiring. At worse all the sockets and light fittings need changing however the property will have no furniture in at the time and I will be happy to tidy up around the sockets myself. I am also interested in getting a few extra sockets put in around the place. It is a average sized 3 bed semi.
