I recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for a hard working and honest contractor. He arrived when agreed, did a great job and cleaned up after him (which in my experience is not always a given!). He accidentally damaged a light fitting whilst working (he was working in a very confined area putting in a velux window) and replaced the fitting immediately at his own expense.
