Quote should include all labour, materials including sourcing and acquiring materials. There will be other jobs in the future, and we hope to build a relationship with local tradespeople.
 2 Kitchenettes repairs/shelving required for H&S reasons –
o lower ground floor - new worktop, shelves and electrical points to make a kitchenette area near an existing sink.
o I also need to install some shelving in a cupboard and enclose a void behind two kitchen sinks as well as paint a washable splashback
 Ground floor toilets (next to catering kitchen/stairs)
o Multi-roll toilet paper holders
o 1 paper towenl holder (same size as others)
 5 exit doors on which the emergency exit bars and locks need easing and the doors adjusted to get a tight fit, then painted.
 External canapoyies repairs and paint
 Upstairs of hall
o ‘Stage room’
 Door on stage needs ‘shaving’ off bottom for better fit – note iv below 2 doors need work
 Remove two side partition walls – Mark agreed can remove to side walls and expand space –get second emergency access door working
o PVC windows are not all closing and locking properly – keys missing, some of metal is bent – this is a security issue – does this requires a window specialist?
o Need light repaired or new installed in youth storage closet at side of stage room
o Other tube lights to be replaced (at top of stairs by kitchenette)
 H&S – gas canisters/lights/alarms/signs (Amy)

I employed Haas to do handyman work (install lights, small coffee point, fix doors, etc.)around a neglected church hall. He is just what we need, industrious, flexible, thrifty and cost conscious in sourcing supplies/making use of surplus materials, very tidy and reliable. He was very willing to do all the jobs - no matter how small or fiddly - we asked of him. Work to a good standard. Will definitely use him again.
