Demolish and rebuild utility room at side of bungalow

I have a small utility room measuring approx 15ft x 9ft which adjoins my garage at the side of my bungalow. It houses a combi gas boiler and washing machine. It has a flat roof and single brick to the outside which has been causing problems with damp. I would like it rebuilt and possibly redesigned.
