I have a mystery leak above my front door that I believe might be down to failed rendering on the wall above it, but I can't say for sure.
I live in a basement flat and directly above my front door are steps leading up to a communal front door to the other flats in my building. These steps have been treated with waterproof sealant so I'm pretty sure the leak is not coming from there.
Is this something you can help me with? I think the first thing to do is to come over and take a look if you can.
