Replace MCBs with RCBOs and fix extractor fan

1.Replace lights MCB with an RCBO.
2.Replace existing noisy extractor fan in the bathroom with a quiet energy efficient one.
3.Replace single lamp holder in the bathroom with a DIZZO 3-light round spotlight.
4.Replace pull string for switching on bathroom light with a wall switch, concealing cable in the wall.
5.Check for any earth leakages/problems and rectify to safety standards.
