Alarm Sytem, Grade D, LD2 System Requied

Looking for qualified person to provide suitable and sufficient automatic fire detection and alarm system as follows:
- Interlinked mains wired smoke alarms with integral battery back-up located on the hallway ceiling at the bottom of the stairs on lower floor.
-interlinked mains wired smoke alarms with integral battery back up located in each bed-sit/bedroom (4)
-Interlinked mains wired HEAT alarm with integral battery back-up located in the kitchen (1)
-Additional interlinked mains wired SMOKE alarm with integral battery back-up located in the common room (1).
Please note that I will also require a certificate for the fire detection system once the works have been completed. The certificate it to be issued by a NICEIC, NAPIT, ECA OR ELECSA registered contractor.
Unfortunately there is a deadline for work to be completed: 30.11.2012

Additional works available but not mandatory for this quotation at the same address: there are 5 doors to be changed to FD30 fire doors + 1 ( only to be fitted with new hinges(x3) complying with BS 7532) and for all Intrumescent strips and cold smoke seals to be fitted. 3x locks and latches complying with BS 5872
