Build extension

I need to remove my current conservatory and build an extension (3x7 meters). The extension will be partitioned into 3: 3x1 meters for a small shower,sink and toilet, 3x4 meters for a room and the rest if for a kitchen. Shower will be all tiled with a small window. Room will also have a window and a radiator and it will be laminated. Kitchen floor will be tiled.
