property is presently covered in an impervious coating that is starting to crack and fail. This is contributing to internal dampness and needs to be removed any remedial work done to brickwork and replaced in lime render
area approx 80-100m sq ,building is not listed
end terrace scaffolding in place as work starts on roof on monday
