3 bed terraced house in Sunray estate Tolworth needs electrical test and certificate and an extractor fan (with humidistat, timer) in bathroom. I can supply the fan + ducting.
House has single skin brick wall with tiles hung outside, not sure if its practical to fit fan on the wall, ceiling fitted with ducting to eves vent may be possible or through roof ?
Also Gas safety cert for boiler and cooker to be listed soon.
