Appalling. Superficially the job of removing a bath & fixing a new shower & sink and tiling looked fine. However, within 2 weeks, the tiled wall is giving way and water is leaking from the shower joint. The tiled floor is similarly giving way. He never came back either to smooth the walls and paint the non tiled areas. Finally, he left a gap in the wall where the outlet pipe goes to the alleyway - and now we have had rats enter and Pest UK has been called out. And no he has not returned calls.
