It's easy to work out just allow 3-5 pounds per m2 that will cover all adhesive spacers and trims. Can't go far wrong on that scale...... Good luck

It depends on the materials the fitter is using. There is a lot of cheap DIY adhesives, grouts and sealants on the market.

Also depends on the gauge and type of adhesive being used for either porcelain tiles or terracotta. If using porcelain you must seal your walls and floor with an APD or SBR treatment where required. If you are tiling the floor you must over board with 18mm ply being sealed first and using a flexible adhesive suitable for the tile or they will crack.

We have been called out to many jobs where they have not been done properly and ended up costing more.

You should always check to see if they have insurance to work at your property as many don't which as professional trades men or women do.

If you would like further information please feel free to contact me.

Kind regards Dylan, Weaves Interiors.

This will depend on the area of the UK that you live. Sorry to be abit vague on this answer, but tiling jobs (prices) do very quite a bit in the UK. Maybe if you re-ask the question with maybe the first 3 or 4 digit's of your postcode, or just say a town/city of where you are. Then you'll get a much better picture.
