Garden room at bottom of garden?

There is an incline of perhaps 1m between the bottom of garden and the top. Would it be possible to build a garden room with plumbing at the bottom of the garden despite the incline. Would waste water need to be pumped to the house? Any good solutions?

It depends if the waste is just from a sink, you could have a ground soak away fitted for waste water

You would possibly require an agreement from your water undertaker for this type of work as adding additional water supply off mains to a separate build requires to authorised and ensure the regulations are in place as cross contamination would come with a heavy fine if there was an issue.

Yes everything is possible at a cost and depending on how you will gets mains water and sewage to it you would need to consult a builder on how easy it would be as this could turn out quite expensive
