Bank Holiday call out
Hi i am looking for a little bit of info for my mum. Her kitchen sink is taking a long time to run away. When looking under sink the pipe is leaking. On futher inspection she has also noticed the waste pipe to her washing mashine runs into is also leaking . This is an annual thing that somehow always happens when the rain begins to get heavier. She is a home owner lives in a groud floor 6 flat tennemant. What I would like to know is it is September weekend how much would am average call out be and what a rough estimate for the job could be ( i know this is difficult with the vague discription) Thank You

There is no call out charge. Given a quote for the job would be difficult since the job has no been access. It is not a one point problem, do need to see what's going on first before quoting for the Job.

between 150- 300 pounds depending on the amount of work . the callout charge shouldn't be more than 30 -50 pounds

Should not incur a call out charge. Plumbers may need to see the problem first but should do this without a fee.
