Could you advice which bathroom suites you would recommend with respect to ease of installation and longevity? Interested in how tradespeople would review the top brands available.
Not always premium brands are the best to choose. Sometimes its not about the price and more to do with the practicality of the suite. We fit a medium price range bathroom suites which with stand against most premium branded bathroom ranges and never offer the bottom range as comes with to many problems. Be careful of what you buy off line as if their is a problem you have very little support. At Weaves Interiors we supply and fit and able to come and visit our showroom.
From my experience most bathroom suit are of a good quality suffice they are all been secured properly to theie position. From top specs bathroom suit cost wise to the low cost, Once fitted correctly there should be no issue.
All ceramics are the same design may be different but the same result and that applies to taps and fitting, the designs will be different thous result in the cost.
Metal bath , never fibre glass.( if not standard shape)
Complete mine field, big brand items can still be poor quality, what to look for.
1- Good quality toilet seat, 2- good quality taps, 3- strong shower tray
This is an impossible question as there are 100's of suppliers and each Bathroom Fitter will have there favourites and this will change all over the country.
I would not suggest to buy from B&Q, Homebase or similar as usually not good quality and be careful buying of the internet, always check return policies, damaged item policies.
