Building Control restrictions running soil pipe from front of house to rear drains?

I will be moving a bathroom from the rear ground floor to 1st floor front of house and new loft conversion. The soil pipe will be run from the loft to the 1st floor through the new bathroom down to the ground floor in the corner of the front reception room. There is 500mm gap under the ground floor. There is space to insert vent pipes. Are there any Building Control restrictions to do this? I have looked at Building Control regs and I think my plan seems possible. The house is a completer refurb so walls will be taken back to brickwork, floors will be up, etc. Thanks.

First that's was a good inside information but it's recommended that you should only use professional advice because it's so simple and straight forward.

If you are not altering the Soil Pipe under the ground then you should have no problem doing what you suggest
