Is your bathroom a wet room ? Is your stop cock in the bathroom and if so can you see running water from it .? Do you know of any other pipework that could be causing this ?

Hello Their, In answer to question, first I would install a new stopcock as it is wet and sounds like it could be leaking, then I would trace your leak in your bathroom then repair the leak
hope this helps, john

You require a plumber to identify the problem for you.

Is the system old kinda baffled could you send me pictures maybe it would be a good idea just to check over pipe work surrounding area because it has to be coming from some were

Could be that the fitting above the stopcock is loose or you have a problem further up ie. the tap connection or a burst pipe.
