Best gas alarm and shut off

i want to fit a gas alarm and shut off at my mother in laws to shut off the supply to her cooker if she accidentally turns it on without igniting the gas ...please could someone recommend a unit that will do this that is easy for her to reset so that she can use the cooker again after the supply has been shut off and alarm sounded
