Cause of pressurised hot tank drip?

Hi I have a pressurised oil fired heating system. Range hot water storage tank. I have an intermittent drip from the drain pipe - after water inlet control valve (3.5 bar) and pressure release valve (6 bar). Looking advice on cause - is it the PRV or the inlet control valve which is gone (gauge on this shows 3 bar) - or is it something else.

for the tprv to discharge its either temp control or cold water inlet pressure reducing valve has failed causing to discharge on high pressure. make sure you have someone G3 qualified to work on unvented hws.
