Best integrated toilet/basin unit?

Hi, i'm looking for integrated toilet/basin advice. We bought a Milan Polymarble Combined toilet/basin from Victorian plumbing without understanding that it's a sealed unit. A few months in, and the flush has stopped working. Our plumber hated installing the unit and won't do the work, and we've tried several other plumbers who all think it's more hassle than it's worth, because the entire unit, including toilet pan needs to come out in order to get at the hidden cistern. The quotes we have had are as much money as buying a new toilet, so we're thinking of replacing this unit with a comparable one, but one that isn't sealed. Can you recommend any contemporary toilet/basin integrated units that a plumber wouldn't run a mile from please?!
