Shower has gone cold after balancing radiators
Hi, after noticing the the radiator in my bathroom took much longer to heat up than the others, even after bleeding and unsticking the TRV valve, I followed some instructions online to balance my radiators. The bathroom radiator is furthest from our gas combi boiler, so this solution seemed logical.
I was able to balance all 5 radiators in my flat, apart from one where the inlet valve has been boxed in. This seemed to work well, and they now all heat up much more evenly. However, since I did this we have not been getting enough hot water through our taps and shower.
Both the taps in our kitchen and bathroom, and the shower used to get very hot water, but since I balanced the radiators the water through all of them only gets warm.
I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. Should I close down all the valves further? Or open them all more? Or something else?
I'd be really grateful for any help you can offer! Thank you
