Bleed valve stuck can I bleed radiator with lockshield valve

The bleed valve on a radiator is not only in an awkward location at the back of a radiator close to a wall but is stuck. Radiator key does not grip and wd40 has not helped. Can I bleed the radiator by using a screwdriver to open the lockshield valve? Will it impact other radiators in the house? Many thanks
