Sewage smell that comes and goes

Hello, looking for any advice please! I live in a small terraced house and for the past few weeks have had a foul smell (like sewage/drains) in the hallway that comes and goes. It seems linked to when I empty the bath or the washing machine drains but not consistently. I’ve had a drain expert (national company) out today who said there isn’t a blockage as the water is flowing and not backing up and the traps are okay so they could fix anything but charged me £135. Tonight about 20 mins after emptying the children’s bath water, the smell is back. It’s really horrible and I’m worried about possible health impact on 2 young children. Any advice for next steps to resolve would be welcome, I can’t afford to keep making call outs if they can’t identify the source without the smell. thanks so much!

Good evening, the smell is due to the water that stays inside of the plumbing pipes and all the stuff that goes trough and stays there long term, could be good idea if connect a hose to a tap with hot water living running for about 15 to 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a week, kind regards
