Remove paint from resin bound gravel

I have a resin bound patio and some paint was spilt near it. That would have been ok but then someone walked through it and onto the patio. They have left several footprints across the patio. These aren’t ‘dense’ with paint - you actually don’t see them at first glance - but there is still enough that I want to clear it off. It is a water based paint. I can remove it with water and scrubbing, but it’s incredibly difficult and slow. Is there any product that I can use which will break down the paint but not damage the resin?

If you have a power washer, give it a try with that. Just don't use lancer too close to the resin.
If water based paint then it should dissapear easily.

If ingrained apply household detergent on to the spill with a stiff brush and flush with warm water.
