Grinding kitchen tap

My kitchen tap (hot) makes a grinding sound when either some of the other taps in the house (hot water, shower) are turned on, and sometimes just randomly by itself. The grinding stops once you adjust the kitchen tap. We have tried clearing airbubbles out of the system but that doesnt seem to have worked.
