Plumbing issue in Bath

After using the sink, I noticed a towel I had hanging off the side of the bath was soaked, on the side that was inside the bath. I did not see any water on the floor or in the bath.

I noticed it once before but thought I may have got the towel wet as I was using the shower to clean the bath.
