Cost of removing a hedge?
I'd like to know what the cost of removing our hedge would be. We want to replace it with a fence. Not sure when yet, and don't want to waste anyone's time! It's about 10m long. Just approximate pricing is fine. Thank you!

The cost of removing the hedge is £100. To can give you a quote for a new fence first I need to know from what material you want the fence. Then I can provide a more precise price.

Conifers between 200/600 depending on hight and if waste is chipped and removed we allso supply and fit feather ejed fence for 100.00 pounds per meter.

Depending on size of hedge it could cost anything between 200 up to 1500 all depends on how much waist an what labour involved to get it out

completely depends on size and whether you would want stumps removed. and type fence put up. labour would cost £240 per day for two men and I think from your description you would be looking at 3 days work plus price of materials

We can remove your hedge for fifteen pounds per metre this includes the removal of the hedge and the recycling of the hedge . At all times keeping the site safe and clean and tidy .

It all depends on how tall and wide the hedge is and do you want the rubbish removed or not ?

There are too many unknowns here to allow me to price this work. Such as what is the height of the hedge - impacts not only the amount of material to remove but large, old hedges can have a significant root system to be removed. Need the hole left by hedge in-filled? Also are there any services, water/sewage/electricity/gas/cable tv/phone under the hedge? Will removal impact on the neighbours property (for border work I always like to visit the neighbours before starting)? I am more than pleased to visit and estimate - and my visits are free.

Well i would say if its 10m i would have to charge about 200..that would be with 2 people..should have it done in the same day..all going well
