Access to underfloor pipes when replacing a boiler

In my experience it is always prudent to replace pipework that is under a bathroom floor I always try to have no joints on the pipework aswell as the last thing you want to have to do is have to lift tiles then decoupling membranes and plywood etc

If you are replacing a combination boiler for another combination boiler you should not need access to the pipes under the floor boards, however if you are replacing all the pipes as well as the boiler then you will.

Possibly if so do at same time.

if theres a boiler there now then no you will not need access to it unless someone has put a pump or valve under the floor.
