I've been quotes 800 for the above. Is that about right?

How many doors need painting and what kind of prep work is involved also the spindles on the on the stair case the price sounds about right if you get a good finish

Hi depends on the size of them and how many doors and what condition walls and woodwork is in really and materials should be included for that price. loads of factors that will reflect price, I'd say its at the higher end of average price for those areas but if decorator is good then he deserves paying well for his skills

Depends of what kind of painter you are looking for
Because this probably is the general painter witch I believe you wont be happy once is done
Go for A1 high level paiting
Pay a bit more and have this done rigth
Sometimes the cheaper is expensive

Property is empty I would Assume.
Occupied with full furniture
One would have to take more precautions
As of furniture to cover and to Work Around. And humans or Animals to work Around.
One would assume materials would be purchased by occupier.
Only Guessing
Take quote for REBUILD only if no hidden Extras Turn up.
Like
Electric cables t work around.
Tree roots to Work Around.
Whatcha out for hidden extras
