How much to sand down and regloss all woodwork in 3 bed house including bannister and doors. 2x12x12,8×6,living room is 15x22,and kitchen ceiling.

Not all houses will be the same some will need more than others but it must done correctly in some cases the paint has to be peeled or striped off. I would you sand paper Garde I.e 100 then 120 to smoothen the wood work and it depends on the age and type of wood.

well depending on the job itself, if it is a straight forward job where i have to do not more than one coat we are looking at a minimum of 600£ and a Maximum of 900£. would need about 2 to 3 days of good woodwork preparation and then another 3 days of all paint work. i would do a maximum of 7 days on the job, i dont like rushing especialy when dealing with gloss

Everyone's cost is different due to how people work. It would depend on the condition of the woodwork and how much prep was needed but just to help you with a rough guilde I would say between 500 to 1300 now I know this is not to accurate but this is due to not knowing the condition of the wood.

All in work completed in 3 days @day rate £140 so it's on me to get complete in time scale as your paying max 3 days
