When your floating internal block work with sand and cement should you scrim ceiling angles and skim ceiling prior to floating walls??
Absolutely this is essential, scrim and skimming the ceiling must be done first
Board ceiling first then sand and cement the wall then scrim before you skim
If join wall to a cieling all way tape any joins but only after you floated the walls and allowed to dry
Would be ideal to tape it before and also when finish skim is going on
You don't scrim internal angles/corners. You put beads onto external angles/corners. No, you float walls first, then skim.
Ideally all ceilings would be skimmed first with scrim around the perimeter
Yes you can skim ceiling first and scrim the ceiling lines but you also float then scrim between to too surfaces then plaster
No you float and set the block wall first. Then a tight skim over the top, if the walls are plaster board then yes you do or if your going on top of previous work yes you do again but not for float and setting.
