I wouldn’t recommend putting a feather edge fence panel in between concrete posts. You want a close board panel for this.

Depending on the distance between the post and if you're fitting new panels.Post distance and panels should be the standard size of 6ft therfore you can install new or old and everything should fit.

It is possible but not ideal as the panel wouldn’t fit the bay correctly. Advice would be to remove panel completely and replace with new.
