Is your bathroom a wet room ? Is your stop cock in the bathroom and if so can you see running water from it .? Do you know of any other pipework that could be causing this ?

You require a plumber to identify the problem for you.

Hello Their, In answer to question, first I would install a new stopcock as it is wet and sounds like it could be leaking, then I would trace your leak in your bathroom then repair the leak
hope this helps, john

Could be that the fitting above the stopcock is loose or you have a problem further up ie. the tap connection or a burst pipe.
