You can get a new metal shed in that size for as little as £200. they come with installation instructions. and for the base a simple slabbed base would be more than sufficient for this shed, again this is relatively low cost.
You should be able to source all materials for around £300/£350 the only extra costs would be if you chose to get someone to lay the base or build the shed.

The base is key, if it is just levelling the ground and laying some slabs it will be cheaper than a 150mm concrete pad. The shed itself would generally go together quite quickly. You might allow a budget of £300-500

A 6ft x 6ft will cost around £1000 - £2000 to build up from scratch, all materials required and labour.

prices vary depending on quality a small family run business could do it a lot cheaper than a big company because they haven't got as many over heads for the base I would charge £350 for 12inch base as for the shed customer can buy that and I can provide a labourer price

It varies. Most people add alot of pricing for the materials involved in the job. as they say timber has gone up in price but in the end its down to which shed supplier has the best link for timber in the u.k and i guess thats me as i am in business with 2nd timber supplier in uk. So i can assure you a high quality shed cheaper then any where else.
