How to stop screed floor paint getting marked?

I’m having an issue with the floor in my cafe. It’s a screed floor, which has been down for 12 months. The landlords decorator then applied Polycote Flortex PU Twin Pack before 2 coats of Armstead TR floor paint. As we are currently closed due to Covid-19, we decided to paint over this (the original paint colour was too light, a nightmare to keep clean). We applied 2 coats of https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151438085297 , with 5 days between each coat plus another 5 days before we moved any furniture. Whenever we move anything along the floor, it marks the paint. Is there anything I can do to help with this issue? Thanks
