Tightness test for boiler?

On my last boiler service it said they did a gas tightness test on the appliance. It passed which is great. My question is does this mean there are no leaks at all in my house? I only have a boiler, no other gas appliances.

Is required during a service or any routine work to the gas pipework within the property. E.g. removal of boiler or cutting in a new feed for an appliance as in fire or cooker
