Outside Socket Cost?

Just wondering what I could expect to pay to create a new electrical socket outside. Kitchen would be the other side of the wall. Appreciate any help in costing this (roughly).

This varies but isolation inside is essential and is done by a fused spur
This is good for when there is a problem with the socket or small children are around and you want to make safe, Average cost £120

This depends on a few other bits of information. The main ones being is there a nearby socket that the supply can come of, and how would you like the cable run being done.

If the new outside socket shall be going exactly of the back of a socket on that wall then A rough cost would be £50-£65, however if the supply is needed to be picked up from a different location then it shall have to be ran in a mechanical protection which would push the cost up to between £80-£120. Hope this helps.

Around £70 if you have a consumer unit with rcds fitted, probably nearer £100 if a rcd socket required

Would require disconnecting the existing kitchen socket and backbox in order to drill through the wall and feed through a new supply cable to outside socket.
Reconnect kitchen socket with new cables included and then mount and connect new exterior socket.

2 hours work. £80 roughly / material included
