Ideally a week but you can tell when the plaster is dry enough to paint on

They say a week but as long as it all one colour lightened up 3 or 4 days should be fine also use proper undercote for fresh plaster or water down emulsion or it will flake off when you repaint the room later

Depending , usually couple of days but sometimes the waiting time may be overa a week to dry properly. But If the walls have a smooth finish with filler , the painting can be done in 24-48 hours time.

Depending on the room temperature you should leave it around 18 to 24 hours. As you will be painting on a newly plastered wall/ceiling you should apply the same amount of water to the amount of paint used as the plaster will suck the moisture from the paint.

Plasterboard takes on average 2-3 days to dry when plastered,it is advisable to wait at least a week before painting new plaster. Sometimes a month for the fresh plaster to be completely dry out on my experience

Hi best is to get emulsion paint thin out with water and apply If you don't let the plaster dry and apply emulsion paint to wet plaster, it's likely to crack and peel off. Painting new plaster that's completely dry can also leave you with uneven brush strokes. ... All you need to do is get some white emulsion paint and thin it out with water – it's that easy

Wait 3 Days is ample However, if the walls are not completley dried back then give it a few more days. Mix Matt Emulsion 50/50 i always advise to do two coats. and once dry one full white coat. Then paint in the color of your choice.
