Why is my floor dipping?

Since having double glazing 2 years ago I have gained various cracks around the bays both upstairs and downstairs at the front of the house. The floors also seem to be dipping by the windows which is concerning me, what can I do? The house is not subsiding, as my insurance company have confirmed however I do feel there is an issue with the joists under the floor boards. Is this easy to fix and can anyone do this asap?

Hello
it could be joist problem or just plywood needs to be attached better to the joists. Also if your floor is wooden/laminate and was installed on uneven floor that could be an issue. I could definitely help you out, but i will need to see it first

The reason would be the levels in the floor you could pack it but over time I will get worse better plying or screeding to get the floor level
