Thermostatic valves

Along with a new boiler installation 2weeks ago had thermostatic valves put on my radiators for the first time. Called back installer twice.once for leaking trv and then again for another trv not working due to it being loose. Over Christmas unable to call out plumber as shop was closed until 4th and I had the same radiator leak again on the lock shield valve so I called out emergency plumber. Original which rated plumber refuses to pay me 180 invoice (emergency plumber came our twice, once to turn off rad and then came back next day to fix) and has offered half.I maintain that all radiators should have been checked thoroughly after installation and I would have had no need to call out plumber. Am I expecting too much to be reimbursed in full. ?
