Untill I have seen the project I would never give a rough estimate because I don't no how big the elevation is and how bad or how much repointing there is and how much materials and what tools and if I need scaffolding

I had this done for a customer lately, so a end terrace x3 walls, all included were £2500.

Around £35 per sqm

if its a brick built builds and sand and cement can be used and also depending on your location you would be looking at £30>£45 per square meter including materilas

Travel cost would be added as I'm in Nottingham.
I would require a scaffolding up with elevations to work in a sound environment.
I would have to grind the old mortar out of all the brickwork.
I would ask for pictures so I could see exactly what I needed to to because sometimes when the scaffolding is up you can see if there is any defective bricks.
I would also need to work out meteriage.
Once all that is calculated it would be about £2000 .I would give you the option of having it water sealed to stop any water penetrative through the brickwork that would be an additional cast of £350.

It all depends the building itself,
For instance to Rake out and repoint a stone built property you would be looking at around £25-£40 per square metre to Rake out and £70-£90 per metre to repoint based on using a lime mortar mix. THIS COST DOES NOT INCLUDE SCAFFOLDING only materials and labour.
Brick repointing cost is around £20-£30 to rake out and £50-£70 to repoint again this does not include scaffolding or extras like a skip for instance.
